Throw Up Catch Up

I woke early with intents of making my final revisions to the SOU E&W Department Website. I felt a bit queasy, answered four e-mails, ran butt-clenched to the toilet, answered another piece of correspondence, ran butt-clenched to the toilet, tried to answer one more letter, and ran gut-heaving to the porcelain demon that kept calling me back -- for one end or the other.

I know; "spare the details and say you were sick this morning."
